Dropped by our school on tuesday because we were one of the schools which won the 5k Giveaway! so Mando Fresko and Dj Sourmilk (uhhhh!) were out in the quad mixin' and handing out plenty of goodies! (I copped almost all of em' by divin' out to grab em' haha.) nothin' special just a beanie, a power 106 cup, and a mixtape, but it was still very chill of them to come out and kick it at the school. I would like to personally thank everyone at power 106 for coming out and being so nice and just givin us 5k! (which I don't think we need, let alone deserve)

Man rosewood is the shit! by far one of the best streetwear boutiques around, and the only one of its' kind in Bellflower California! I reccomend you hit them up as quickly as possible! One of my most favorite places in the whole world (besides THLA, Pinkberry, Disneyland)

I need one, badly. I know I'm still a kid, and I might not have much to pay for but a little job wouldn't hurt ya' feel me? Im' tired of being supported I want to start preparing myself for the real world, because it's coming at me fast, really fast. Later on I'm goin' to have to pay my own bills and shit ya' know? So tommorrow I'm goin' Job Hunting wid the homegirl Kristin, and by the way the national unemployment rate is up to 7.2% (the highest it's been for a while) so it will be a little harder for Americas youth to get hired on account of all the more "experienced" adults taking the lower paying usual teen jobs (mcdonalds™, starbucks™ etc.) Wish us good luck. Winter Formal.

So the winter formal for my school wiil be held tommorrow january 31st at none other than the infamous v20 nightclub in Long Beach, California, sounds like it's goin to be a pretty amazing night for my peers, you may ask why I personaly will not be attending this event, because the majority of my first semester I spent slacking, spending too much time " kickin' it wid the homies" and not studying and doing my homework as much as i should've, well our wonderful, caring principal (Dr. Carpenter.) put in a new set of rules this year, you must have at least a 2.0 grade point average to attend and participate in all of the schools' extra-curricular activities, events etc. So being the wonderful student I am I paid absolutley no attention to this rule, that is until it came into effect for me. So basically after our winter break I worked my ass off to raise what was at the time a .66 gpa, to a 2.0, an impossible task for most. that didn't stop me from at the very least trying, not only beacause I really can't afford to fail any classes this year, but I really did not want to upset my beautiful girlfriend. To make a long story short, current gpa 1.9, yeah i came close but it just wasn't enough. I guess i had a major epiphany (sudden realization of the essence or meaning of something) because now im focusing more on my schoolwork, Goal for my second semester: 3.0 gpa, no joke. Haters, Watch me do me!

Recession.

So this recession is really fucking the lower, and middle class over as well. Shit is tough right now for some people particullarly in poverty ridden areas of the country, But don't trip we'll all get through this. Keep ya' head up. stay strong.
